Salesforce audits, fixed scope
Two audits. Pick the side your problem is on.
crmdesigner.com is Lukasz Czarnecki’s audit practice. One audit covers the campaign side in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The other covers the CRM: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the data model underneath both. Each one is a fixed price on a written scope, read-only access, and a report that names severity per finding and the order to fix things in.
Marketing Cloud audit
From EUR 2,500Basic in 3 to 5 business days, Advanced in 2 to 3 weeks
For campaign issues in Marketing Cloud.
Basic from EUR 2,500 covers data, an automation overview and a deliverability check. Advanced from EUR 6,900 covers all seven areas: data and the contact model, integrations, journeys and automations, deliverability, content and AMPscript, governance and cost, measurement.
CRM audit
From EUR 3,250Basic in 3 to 5 business days, Advanced in 2 to 3 weeks
For configuration and data issues in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
Basic from EUR 3,250 covers the data model, data quality, automation and permissions. Advanced from EUR 8,950 covers all ten areas: data model, data quality, Sales Cloud process, Service Cloud process, automation and Apex, integrations, permissions, reporting and forecasting, release process, licences.
If the problem crosses the sync between the two, say so on the call and it gets scoped as one engagement across both platforms, from EUR 12,900: about 70 hours instead of 90, because kickoff, the interviews, the integration and consent review, the roadmap and the workshops are shared. That works out at about EUR 184/h across the engagement, instead of about EUR 199/h for the CRM audit on its own.
Where the boundary is
- The audits cover Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce CRM. No HubSpot, no Adobe, no Braze, no Dynamics.
- You receive written findings: a report with severity per finding and the order to fix things in. It is a document your admin can act on, not a workshop or a maturity score.
- Implementation and remediation are separate work, booked as monthly hours or as a project.
